Our Lip Balm is based on

• Fractionated Coconut Oil from China/Jojoba Gold Oil from Heaven
• Organic Unrefined Shea Butter from Ghana Africa

Designed to be a thick liquid for application, but in the event of becoming too solid due to the weather or environmental situation hold the pot gently in your hand for a couple of minutes till it warms up and partially liquefies once again. Similarly in the event of it becoming too liquid place in the fridge for a short while

The balm is designed to be thicker than just an oil

* Balm is effective if it builds the occlusive layer on the lips to contain moisture. Lip skin is very thin and is not good at retaining moisture. Dry air, cold temperatures, and wind all contribute to drawing moisture away from the body and particularly the skin on the lips. An essential oil has been left out of this recipe because the lips are so sensitive this is too risky.

• Hydration, moisturizing and reviving those dry, cracked and chapped lips is the goal.
• Can be applied to general skin areas throughout the body as a moisturising, medicating skin food.
